You will lead with confidence and engineering expertise to discover the root cause of a problem and implement the best solution to get machinery fully operational and ready to sail the seven seas. Success in this role requires readiness to travel to ports and board ships, as customers will rely on your extensive experience to conduct on-site inspections, warranty service, and on-the-fly engineering problem-solving.
