About the position

The Senior Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring that Access facilities and equipment operate efficiently and comfortably for patients, visitors, and staff. This position involves performing preventive maintenance and repairs across various systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, as well as supporting the maintenance of dental and medical equipment. The technician will also manage mobile dental equipment setups and maintenance, particularly for a mobile dental RV, and will be on call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on Access facilities and equipment.
• Support maintenance and repair of dental and medical equipment.
• Set up and move mobile dental equipment at various school districts.
• Maintain and support the mobile dental RV, including HVAC and electrical systems.
• Be on call for facilities-related emergencies.
• Collaborate with vendors performing maintenance work for Access.

Requirements

• Valid Wisconsin driver's license.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in maintenance.

Nice-to-haves

• Electrician: 2-5 year apprenticeship or journeyman's electrician.
• HVAC: 3-5 year apprenticeship or journeyman's HVAC.
