About the position

The Field Service Engineer role involves engaging with customers in a dynamic customer service environment, troubleshooting Balemaster equipment, and performing on-site service and maintenance for baling equipment. This position requires a strong focus on customer service and technical skills to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a fast-paced customer service department.
  • Troubleshoot Balemaster equipment via phone or on-site visit.
  • Perform on-site service and maintenance for customers' baling equipment.

Requirements

  • Communicate effectively and possess strong verbal, written, listening and troubleshooting skills.
  • Four-year engineering degree (mechanical or electrical preferred, others considered).
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time throughout North America.
  • Valid driver's license required; passport recommended.
  • Attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Computer and Internet knowledge.
  • Fluent Spanish is a plus.
