Additionally, the role includes a two-month paid on-site training in Austin, TX, which is essential for familiarizing the engineer with the company's products and services. Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer sites on the East Coast to diagnose and correct issues with UPS systems.
  • Interface with facilities managers across various sectors including Broadcasting, Data Centers, Health Care, Leisure and Entertainment, Industrial and Manufacturing, and Transportation.
  • Utilize electrical troubleshooting knowledge to resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding electrical theory and system operations.
  • Participate in a two-month paid on-site training in Austin, TX to gain necessary skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of U.S. military experience required.
  • Technical experience with 480v, 3 phase motors, UPS, and power distribution systems.
  • Strong understanding of electrical theory and troubleshooting skills.
  • Comfortable with technology and client-facing interactions.
  • Reliable, personally owned vehicle available for travel.
