The Field Service Representative III position at Solventum is responsible for providing leadership and training at a service location, ensuring customer service in the delivery and service of medical equipment. This role includes administrative duties, inventory management, and compliance oversight, while also serving as the service center designee in the absence of management. The position requires a strong focus on operational protocols and customer interaction, making it essential for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and training to service center employees and customers.
• Ensure adherence to operational compliance and safety protocols.
• Oversee local business operations and metrics, including the use of third-party couriers.
• Prepare medical equipment and documentation for use and return.
• Process documentation for delivery and retrieval of products.
• Maintain the appearance of facilities and vehicles, ensuring routine maintenance is completed.
• Serve as the service center designee, assuming responsibilities in the absence of management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution.
• Three years of customer-facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Two years of experience in a team lead and/or supervisory role.
• Current, valid Driver's License.
