About the position

The Field Service Lead at Solventum is responsible for providing leadership and training at a service location, ensuring customer service in the delivery, pickup, and servicing of medical equipment. This role includes administrative duties such as inventory management and compliance with operational protocols. The Field Service Lead also acts as the service center designee in the absence of management, overseeing local business operations and ensuring a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and training to service center employees and customers.
• Ensure adherence to operational compliance and safety protocols.
• Oversee local business operations, including metrics and courier use.
• Prepare medical equipment and documentation for use and return.
• Load and unload medical devices and supplies.
• Maintain the appearance of facilities and vehicles, ensuring routine maintenance is completed.
• Process documentation for delivery and retrieval of products.
• Serve as the service center designee in the absence of management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution.
• Five years of customer-facing experience in a relevant environment.
• One year of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Current, valid Driver's License.
