About The Position
The position involves prioritizing new unscheduled service calls for the branch's Commercial HVAC/R, Refrigeration, and Electrical service technicians to best meet customer needs. The role includes direct supervision of all branch service technicians, setting up daily and on-call schedules, and responding to customer and factory inquiries regarding service-related issues. Additionally, the position provides technical support for the branch parts department and assists service technicians in the field to resolve problems quickly. The individual will also be responsible for preparing ready boxes or parts needed by technicians for assigned jobs.
