About The Position
The Field Service Manager is responsible for overseeing field service personnel who conduct on-site services such as installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic networks. This role includes managing projects related to Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) operations, ensuring compliance with permitting and construction standards, and maintaining relationships with municipalities. The manager will also handle cost estimates, engineering tasks, and network planning, while ensuring timely execution of projects and effective communication with various stakeholders.
