The Field Service Order Coordinator at Cogent, Inc. is a vital role responsible for coordinating and scheduling field service work for the company's Tulsa and Oklahoma City facilities. Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute timely service estimates.
• Interpret commitments made to customers by other company employees and clarify when there is confusion or ambiguity.
• Responsible for the procurement of all parts, equipment, and tools needed for each job.
• Utilize the support and coordinate the work of the service department to ensure each service job is managed with excellence.
• Prioritize tasks based on customer needs (internal and external).
• Monitor quality from project planning through service completion.
• Process service-related warranties and returns to vendors in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers both internal and external.
• Communicate directly with customers in regard to scope, schedule, and cost.
• Manage schedules for technicians and other field-service related personnel.
• Embody and exhibit Cogent's core values on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in a similar role or field service coordination.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in procurement processes and managing service-related logistics.
