Field Service Representative

About the position

The Senior Field Service Representative (FSR) at RSC2, Inc. plays a crucial role in supporting military training and operations at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. This position involves creating and updating military training materials, technical manuals, and fielding plans, while also supporting new equipment training and fielding activities. The FSR will collaborate with team members to resolve issues and ensure the effective integration of military systems and networks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the Product Support Team; directly reporting to the Team Lead
• Create, develop, review, validate, verify, and update military training materials
• Develop, review, validate, verify, and update Materiel Fielding Plans
• Develop, review, validate, verify, and update MIL-STD Technical Manuals
• Develop, review, validate, verify, and update Training Conduct Support Packages
• Stay current on TRADOC Development and Instruction standards
• Support New Equipment Training (NET) / New Equipment Fielding (NEF) activities
• Develop and update the LandWarNet
• Monitor and manage Mission Command Support Center (MCSC) trouble tickets
• Incorporate lessons learned from NET/NEF and MCSC to enable modernization
• Support Software Qualification Testing / Software Acceptance Testing
• Support Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) activities
• Support Continuous Integration / Continuous Development pipeline activities
• Prepare and deliver military type briefings
• Prepare and deliver military type reports
• Prepare administrative or acquisition related documentation
• Assist with Total Package Fielding processes to include warehouse operations
• Collaborate and interact with other team members to identify and resolve issues
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Product Support Team Lead

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelors degree in related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience
• Must have system integration experience with military networks or Battle Command Systems (i.e., AFATDS, JBC-P, DDS)
• Experience can be a combination of applicable military experience in the following Military Occupational Specialties: Electromagnetic Spectrum Manager, Electronic Warfare Officer / Technician, Field Artillery, Network Technician
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must be willing to travel 50-90% Temporary Duty
• Ability to work in office and field environments
