Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Perform software upgrades on diagnostic devices found in operating rooms and surgical suites.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Document and submit daily data while maintaining high standards of product support quality documentation.
• Complete other duties at the discretion of management.

Requirements

• Associate degree in biomedical or computer related field or equivalent related technical support of PC experience preferred.
• Intermediate troubleshooting abilities in electronics, mechanics, and electromechanical systems.
• Experience as a military technician, computer technician, or other complex electronics technician preferred.
• Experience supporting automation equipment in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• A+ certification preferred.
• Ability and willingness to work evening and night shifts as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, stooping, bending, and lifting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer support.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to assigned sites.
• Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status.

• Proximity to a major airport, preferably within 30 miles.
