About the position

The Field Service Representative (FSR) at Hatalom Corporation is responsible for providing logistics and technical support during MCTIS training events. This role involves issuing equipment, delivering training on the MCTIS system, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring proper integration of training systems with operational equipment. The FSR plays a crucial role in supporting training units and maintaining equipment functionality in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Report to the contract Site Lead regarding operational support to MCTIS.
• Issue equipment on site according to the support plan.
• Deliver equipment familiarity and functionality lessons to training units.
• Assist with the erection and maintenance of the communication system.
• Form part of a Contact Team to troubleshoot and exchange equipment during exercises.
• Conduct battery resupply to exercising troops as required.
• Support equipment emplacement and maintenance in training areas.
• Document all faults and incidents properly.
• Monitor stock and assist with serialized equipment accountability.
• Plan, prepare, and configure system equipment prior to exercises.
• Attend training in the US or overseas as required.
• Administer Performance Evaluation Checklist (PECL) for team members as required.

Requirements

• Professional Military Education appropriate to rank at time of separation or retirement from the uniformed service.
• 4 years of experience with Fleet Marine Force operational experience preferred.
• Experience in warehousing operations, embarking operations, heavy equipment or motor transport operations, and/or field communications preferred.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and forklift certification highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
