Advanced Business Methods is seeking a full-time Field Service Technician to perform the responsibilities of identifying and repairing issues with office technology equipment such as copiers, printers, scanners, etc. This position requires participation as a full member of our service work group, contributing to the group's productivity and providing excellent customer service by repairing and servicing office technology equipment at a customer's location. The technician will troubleshoot equipment to identify malfunctions and perform necessary mechanical or electrical adjustments. Additionally, the technician will diagnose and repair equipment using product manuals, AC-DC multi-meters, laptops, and manufacturer tech support. Managing assigned parts, tools, vehicle, laptop, and cell phone is also part of the role, along with attending training classes provided by our in-house trainer. The technician will take responsibility for customer satisfaction by providing timely and courteous service.
