Responsibilities
- Deliver superior customer service consistently
- Execute repairs and maintenance on customer and dealership equipment
- Utilize proficient and up-to-date diagnostic skills
- Exhibit a willingness to learn, listen, and ask questions
- Demonstrate strong teamwork in a multi-directional, fast-moving environment
- Work off-hours for service during peak season
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in large AG equipment repairs, preferably Case IH
- Experience working on equipment HP, specializing in large AG, such as Krone Forage Harvesters
- Strong ability to execute repairs and maintenance
- Highly developed quality and efficiency skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent follow-up skills and deadline-driven
