About the position

A leading Print Finishing, Bindery, and Direct Mail solutions manufacturer is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their small service group based near their main production facility in Wheeling, IL. This full-time position is crucial for providing technical support, conducting demonstrations, and performing product testing. The role requires a balance of travel and office work, with approximately 50% of the time spent traveling to customer sites primarily located in the Illinois and Wisconsin areas, while the remaining time will be spent in the main office. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical and mechanical skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience in digital printing finishing, inkjet, bindery, or packaging equipment is highly desirable. Responsibilities
