About the position

The Equipment Maintenance Technician role at Associated involves providing exceptional service to customers by troubleshooting and repairing electro-mechanical issues in forklifts. Responsibilities

• Diagnosing electro-mechanical issues and completing installations on forklifts.
• Performing unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance based on customer requirements.
• Analyzing breakdown situations and recommending corrective actions to customers.
• Delivering superior customer service and fostering positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Proficiency in reading schematics, maps, blueprints, and manuals.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and material handling equipment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to exceptional customer relations.
• Competency in safely operating various equipment and personal hand tools.
• A high school diploma/GED along with one to three years of relevant experience or equivalent vocational education.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
