About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team, responsible for providing home theater installations for residential and commercial properties throughout Houston and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a field service environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide home theater installations for residential and commercial properties.
• Perform TV mounting, wall drops, and projector installation.
• Collaborate with other technicians to resolve complex technical problems.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Provide exceptional customer service while working in the field.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
• 3 years of mechanical knowledge.
• Reliable transportation to get to customers.
• Own tools or ability to acquire tools prior to start date.
