About the position
The Field Service Technician role at Anchor Seals, Inc. involves providing on-site service and support for fluid sealing products. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical seals, pumps, and motors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical seal, pump, and motor issues.
- Perform field functions including seal, pump, and motor installs and repairs.
- Perform problem diagnosis for scheduled and unscheduled service calls.
- Document all work performed.
- Maintain an acceptable driving record.
- Maintain an acceptable level of customer service.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical systems.
- Ability to perform installations and repairs in the field.
- Strong problem-solving skills for service calls.
- Good documentation skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
