About the position
The Field Service Technician at Lone Star Equipment and Tool Solutions is responsible for performing high-quality field service repair work on various industrial, commercial, and automotive shop equipment. This role requires accuracy, professionalism, and effective communication with both customers and the office. The technician will also handle paperwork and prepare estimates as part of their responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality field service repair work on equipment.
- Complete paperwork and documentation accurately.
- Prepare estimates for repair work.

- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Determine additional service needs for customers.
- Travel out of town and stay overnight when required.
Requirements
- Must have a valid and unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must provide own daily use tools.

- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
