About The Position
The Field Service Technician will perform installations, troubleshooting, as well as maintaining products/equipment. FST will also identify, analyze, and repair product failures, order and replace parts as needed. The position is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate installation of network elements related to all new sales orders to include all the installation related to power and power back-up. The Installation tech will be responsible for testing the newly installed circuit and providing the proper documentation back to the Service Delivery group.
