The Field Service Technician role at Vivint Smart Home involves providing expert-level installation and services of smart home technology. Technicians will maximize their earning potential through service and installation appointments, while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who are customer-focused and have a knack for technology and sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level installation and services of smart home technology.
• Maximize earning potential by leveraging service and installation appointments into leads and additional revenue.
• Conduct safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for both the technician and customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and act with honesty and integrity.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Sales experience in car sales, retail sales, insurance sales, B2C sales, or call center experience.
• Field technician experience in cable installation, internet installation, pest control, lawn maintenance, construction, or as a solar technician.
• Clean driving record and valid license.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment as well as independently.
