About The Position

The Field Services Representative I at Builders FirstSource is responsible for addressing construction service and product issues directly at customer sites. Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Investigates and examines the condition of company building workmanship and products on the customer's site based on customer concerns.
  • Recommends replacement or repair of defective products according to customer service guidelines.
  • Negotiates and approves third-party repairs or adjustments and inspects completed work for quality adherence.
  • Plans and paces own work efficiency to meet productivity goals.
  • Observes all safety procedures to prevent injury and may recommend changes to improve safety practices.
