About the position

The Field Services Technician at BreatheSafe is responsible for providing exceptional technical and product support to customers across North America, Canada, and South America. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, guiding customers through product features, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance product functionality and user experience. Regular travel is required to meet customer needs and provide on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical and product support to customers across North America, Canada, and South America.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products.
• Guide customers through product features and installation processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product functionality and user experience.
• Travel nationally to support dealers and customers on-site.

Requirements

• Trade qualification in air conditioning.
• Experience in mining, earthmoving, or construction sectors, preferably in the mining industry.
• Strong skills in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving, especially with software issues.
• Customer-facing experience in a service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for guiding customers through product installation and commissioning.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Experience in maintaining and communicating changes via Technical Bulletins.

Nice-to-haves

• Spanish or Portuguese language skills are desirable but not essential.
• Passion for staying updated on product trends and providing feedback for improvement.
• Experience implementing and maintaining Technical Bulletins for internal knowledge sharing.
