About the position

The Field Specialist - Fishing Services role at Baker Hughes involves leading wellbore intervention operations with a focus on safety and quality. The position requires collaboration with on-site operators and customers to maximize well capacity and value, ensuring flawless execution at the wellsite and effective communication regarding job scope changes.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring HS&E as the #1 priority
• Delivering flawless execution at the wellsite
• Completing all required documentation and submitting end of well files upon completion of field installations
• Informing office of any changes in the job scope and additional materials that may be required

Requirements

• Previous oilfield experience, ideally in the Through Tubing Fishing and/or Conventional Fishing product lines
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of exposure to Through Tubing Fishing and/or Conventional Fishing product lines
• Previous field installation experience
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• High School Diploma/GED

• Cased Hole Fishing experience
