About the position

The Field Supervisor for Aftermath Services plays a crucial role in overseeing biohazard remediation projects, ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients during challenging times. This position requires a compassionate individual with strong leadership skills, capable of managing project scopes and providing on-site supervision while actively participating in the cleanup process. Responsibilities

  • Actively assist the team in various bioremediation tasks to provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Supervise the successful completion of jobs, serving in a supervisory capacity for the project as a whole.
  • Accurately estimate, recommend, and advise on project scopes, manage cleanups, and handle necessary paperwork.
  • Effectively communicate and sell a tailored scope of work based on a thorough understanding of the client's needs, obtaining sign-off to initiate work.
  • Lead on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process.
  • Participate in various biohazard remediation projects while providing onsite supervision.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Must reside locally and be able to respond to the shop within one hour of receiving a service call.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a technical or field service environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Completion of Aftermath's Field Learning Path within 30 days of start, and Supervisor Learning Path within 90 days of start.

Nice-to-haves

  • IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation.
  • XActimate experience.
  • Proven experience in leading teams in restoration, mitigation, remediation, or construction.
  • Customer service experience and military personnel are highly valued.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a track record of successful community engagement and outreach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and relevant software.
