The Field Supervisor for History/Social Studies at Fortune School of Education is an internship role focused on overseeing and supporting teacher interns in their development. Responsibilities

  • Conduct formal observations of teacher interns and provide feedback.
  • Perform informal supervisions and collaborate with interns.
  • Review and grade lesson plans and final intern reflection submissions.
  • Engage in remote or in-person meetings with interns for support and guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with the required number of observations and collaborations per trimester.

Requirements

  • Multi-Subject and Single Subject Credentialed Field Supervisors are required.
  • Education Specialist Credentialed Field Supervisors are preferred.
  • Experience in educational supervision and mentoring is essential.
