Responsibilities
- Lead a crew and work alongside them in skilled trades such as welding and pipefitting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with crew members and plant management.
- Ensure compliance with customer safety and operational requirements.
- Maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
- Interact with customers on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Experience in welding, millwright, or pipefitting.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and guide a crew.
- Ability to develop relationships with plant and operations managers.
