About The Position
This position supports the Military & Veteran Services (MVS) division at the Naval Medical Center - San Diego, focusing on providing non-clinical support for TRICARE beneficiaries. The role involves working closely with military treatment facility (MTF) staff to facilitate patient referrals, authorizations, and outreach to network providers. The incumbent will also assist in educational briefings and support contingency exercises for MTFs, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues related to TRICARE services.
