About the position

The Field Support Specialist at PURE Property Management plays a crucial role in supporting property management operations by conducting fieldwork at various managed properties. This position involves driving to different locations to perform tasks such as property evaluations, vacant property checks, and light cleaning. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle physical demands associated with the job.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties requested for assigned work orders in accordance with Company policies and PURE Property Management vision.
• Conduct various types of property evaluations including new property assessments, move-out evaluations, occupied property checks, and vacant property checks.
• Examine and document property conditions and identify needed repairs.
• Utilize computers and smartphone-based dispatching and email for communication and task management.
• Be available to the property management team for any field work as needed.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, climb ladders and stairs, and perform other physical tasks as required.
• Attend staff, training, and other meetings as directed by management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and guidelines set by the company and local authorities.
• Dress in a PURE Property Management-approved uniform and maintain a professional appearance.

Requirements

• General knowledge of maintenance functions such as basic plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
• Valid and active California driver's license.
• Reliable transportation for daily work duties.
