About the position
The Seasonal Field Support Technician at Jackson Hewitt is responsible for the setup and breakdown of kiosks in various retail locations. This role involves driving a moving truck, carrying equipment, and ensuring that the kiosks meet brand standards. The position offers opportunities for advancement and requires a commitment to maintaining a clean and inviting workplace.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the set-up and teardown of kiosk furniture, computers, tech, and kiosk components using hand tools.
- Meet deadlines to ensure office locations meet brand/marketing appearance standards.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting workplace, including tasks such as trash removal, vacuuming, and cleaning surfaces.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer functions preferred but not required.
- Customer service experience.
