About the position

As an ESP Systems Engineer at Baker Hughes, you will be integral to the post-sales support of Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems, ensuring they meet high standards of design and quality. This role involves technical support, repairs, and collaboration with various teams to improve processes and procedures. Your attention to detail will be crucial in creating equipment that meets customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete Autograph ESP design's/sizing's for Districts various wells and Customers.
• Advise sales personnel, customers, and potential customers on technical issues affecting installation or sales of Artificial Lift & ESP products.
• Provide support to operations and manufacturing while assisting sales personnel in bid and presentation preparation.
• Meet with customers to develop and design products and services.
• Train customers and/or field personnel on new products.
• Travel to area operations locations as required.
• Identify new product opportunities and development strategies.
• Interface with product line management and local management to support market opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred, other degrees considered.
• 3+ years relevant experience in Field Operations/Engineer environment.
• 3+ years of experience with ESP systems operations and reliability/failure mechanisms.
