The Field Technician position at Spectrum is an entry-level role focused on delivering essential technology services to customers. Technicians will be responsible for installing, repairing, and educating customers on their Spectrum services while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires working independently in various outdoor environments and using technical skills to solve problems and perform installations.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair services for residential customers.
• Educate customers on the proper use of Spectrum services and equipment.
• Perform installations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades.
• Complete reconnects as trained.
• Provide world-class customer service during all interactions.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use hand tools and accurately measure distances.
• Strong communication and professionalism skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret analytics from tools such as meters and handheld devices.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Valid Driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
