The Field Technician role at Satellites Unlimited, Inc. (SUI) is designed for individuals looking to establish a new career while gaining valuable skills. Responsibilities

• Installing cutting edge technologies through DISH, OnTech, Hughes, Viasat, Polk Audio, Google, and Ring.
• Identifying technical issues while troubleshooting equipment and working with the customer on potential solutions.
• Educating customers on all installed equipment and informing them of value-added products and services.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills; friendly, approachable, and motivated with a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity.
• Ability to safely use weight-bearing equipment (ie aerial lift, ladder) within the maximum weight limitations of that equipment (330 lbs).
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders to a height of 40 feet.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, work in confined spaces, and work in all climates.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets DISH's minimum safety standard as well as a thorough background check and drug screen.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
