About the position

The Field Technician will be responsible for various pipeline tasks related to natural gas transmission systems, focusing on compliance, maintenance, project oversight, measurement, and daily operations. This role requires working in both office and field environments in the South Texas area, specifically near Pearsall, Dilley, or Cotulla.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT pipeline compliance tasks
• Conduct line locating activities
• Maintain pipelines, rights-of-way, and facilities
• Manage metering and controls
• Implement cathodic protection measures
• Conduct leak surveys
• Provide project support
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Download monthly meter data

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in pipeline operations
• Ability to work in both office and field environments
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Clear driving record (insurable)
• Self-starter capable of working independently or in teams
• Operator Qualification certifications testing
