About The Position

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Flexibility to work overtime and be on-call as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to listen to customers.
• Ability to work in small and confined areas, lift up to 80 lbs., and work on a ladder in various weather conditions.

• Experience in a technical or customer service role.
• Familiarity with electronic test equipment and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Connect customers by installing service drops or outlets in residential and business properties.
• Use electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and repair service issues.
• Ensure proper upstream and downstream signal levels at customer premises.
• Suggest upgrades to existing services and educate customers on their equipment.
• Take on additional duties to support the company's purpose and values.
