Responsibilities
- Install and repair services for residential customers.
- Educate customers on the proper use of Spectrum services and equipment.
- Perform installations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades.
- Complete reconnects under supervision.
- Provide world-class customer service during daily interactions.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
- Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use hand tools and measure distances accurately.
- Strong communication, professionalism, time management, and organizational skills.
Nice-to-haves
