About the position

This role involves cleaning and performing necessary carpentry repairs, as well as inspecting and potentially repairing trailer brakes, hitches, axles, tires, and door locks. Responsibilities

• Build and fabricate various components including walls, kitchens, and bathrooms for each unit.
• Clean windows, walls, ceilings, fixtures, and doors.
• Perform necessary carpentry repairs.
• Inspect and potentially repair trailer brakes, hitches, axles, tires, and door locks.
• Install company signage according to company guidelines.

Requirements

• OSHA 10 certification.
