We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Field Technicians, with opportunities for growth within the company. The role may require overnight travel and working at various locations, as our projects often span multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform new or repaired roofing tasks
- Conduct roof coatings
- Investigate and repair leaks
- Apply joint sealers, window perimeter sealant, or glass wet glazing and window flashings
- Execute stucco repairs
- Apply exterior wall coatings and waterproofing
- Repair metal walls and flashings, including thru-wall flashings
- Conduct parking lot and concrete deck repairs and apply traffic coatings
- Perform brick tuck pointing and/or replacement
- Replace or repair parking deck expansion joints
- Carry out pressure washing
- Assist with interior renovations, repairs, and remodeling, including painting and sheetrock
- Participate in demolition work, both interior and exterior
Requirements
- Ability to operate computers
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Driver's license required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Strong problem-solving skills

- Handyman experience
- Automotive repair knowledge
