About The Position

The Field Trainer at T-ROC is responsible for enhancing the skills and proficiency of employees across all AT&T locations through comprehensive training programs. This role involves conducting both remote and in-person training sessions, developing educational materials, and mentoring new salespeople to ensure they meet T-ROC and AT&T standards. The position requires extensive knowledge of wireless and fiber broadband internet, along with strong presentation and curriculum development skills.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of wireless and fiber broadband internet (AT&T preferred).
• Competency in writing and speaking skills for retailer sales audiences.
• Minimum 3 years of presentation and training curriculum development experience related to wireless, high-speed internet, and/or consumer electronics sales.
• Ability to design and develop clear, engaging, and aesthetically formatted courses that align with organizational goals.
• Extraordinary attention to detail in content creation and language nuance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with and facilitate new hire training remotely and in person for all new T-ROC AT&T employees.
• Work with T-ROC and AT&T training teams to develop educational material, including presentations, role-playing, job simulations, and case studies.
• Mentor new salespeople and design individual and team training courses.
• Conduct field training sessions virtually and in-store to support ongoing program needs.
• Be available for multi-day overnight travel.
