Responsibilities

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or Visual Merchandising.
• 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience.
• Experience in visual merchandising, preferably in softlines.
• Strong understanding of customer and retail merchandising strategies.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills based on analytics.
• Engaging training and facilitation skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
• Strong conflict management and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of customer service and selling principles.
