About the position

The Cocktail Server position at Fielding's River Oaks is essential for delivering a positive and memorable guest experience in the bar area. This role involves serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and engaging with guests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve food, cocktails, and beer and wine in the bar area.
• Work in a clean and efficient manner with elegance.
• Use the LAVU POS system to ring food and beverage orders.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and stocked side station.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of Fielding's food and beverage offerings and service standards.
• Engage with guests while serving in a high-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must have current TABC and Certified Food Handler card/certifications.
• 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
• Ability to follow directions and specifications.
