About the position
The Dining Attendant is responsible for ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests by maintaining cleanliness, serving food and beverages, and assisting with various tasks in the dining area. This role requires effective communication and organizational skills to support both guests and staff in a busy dining environment.
Responsibilities
- Organize tables efficiently without making noise.
- Serve water and refill glasses as needed.
- Clean the dining area and serving stations.
- Assist janitorial staff with trash removal.
- Help with cleaning up spills.
- Greet guests in the absence of the host or hostess.
- Make suggestions about menu selections when asked.
- Ensure the timely delivery of food orders.
- Handle guest's queries and concerns efficiently.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
