About the position

Fierce Orlando is seeking Cheer/Dance Coaches for the Spring 2025 season to lead after-school classes at various locations. The role requires experience in cheerleading or dance and working with children, with a focus on reliability and punctuality. Coaches will have opportunities to participate in performances at local events, including halftime shows and parades.

Responsibilities

• Lead after-school cheer and dance classes for children.
• Create and choreograph a 1-2 minute recital routine for seasonal performances.
• Ensure punctuality and reliability for scheduled classes.
• Participate in community events and performances, including Orlando Magic and Solar Bears halftime shows.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding class activities.

Requirements

• Experience in cheerleading or dance.
• Experience working with children.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
