  • Organize and prepare donor hard files and gift agreements for scanning.
  • Remove duplicate documents from files.
  • Ensure all documents are in the appropriate file and labeled with donor IDs.
  • Remove staples and paperclips from documents.
  • Pack folders into boxes for shipment.
  • Maintain an electronic itemized list of all files and the boxes they have been packed into.

Requirements

  • Excellent organization skills to categorize and arrange documents.
  • Attention to detail for precise accuracy in labeling and filing documents.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in document scanning and file management software.
  • Knowledge of alphabetical and numerical filing systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience using Microsoft Excel and CRM products in a business or university setting.
  • Experience in a clerical or administrative role with file management responsibilities.
