About the position

The File Imaging Specialist at Prosperity Bank is responsible for processing and imaging new loan documents with a focus on accuracy and compliance. This entry-level position involves quality control, scanning, and uploading documents, as well as assisting with various tasks within the loan department. The role requires maintaining confidentiality and adhering to bank policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control of new loan documents imaged for accuracy of document type, CIF record, and quality of image.
• Scan and upload documents in Director that require corrections.
• Process and monitor Deletion Request queue.
• Process and monitor Document Rejects queue.
• Assist with processing Director requests and questions.
• Assist with filing and maintaining the file room.
• Assist with Loans - File Imaging, and Loans - Retrieval email box.
• Log the intake of daily new loans received on imaging log.
• Perform other duties and work overtime as assigned.
• Maintain the confidentiality of bank and customer information.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• General knowledge of compliance and regulations procedures.
