About the position

The File Imaging Specialist is responsible for processing and imaging new loan documents accurately while assisting with various duties within the loan department. This role ensures quality control of documents, manages queues for document corrections and rejects, and maintains confidentiality of bank and customer information.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control of new loan documents imaged for accuracy of document type, CIF record, and quality of image.
• Scan and upload documents in Director that require corrections.
• Process and monitor Deletion Request queue.
• Process and monitor Document Rejects queue.
• Assist with processing Director requests and questions.
• Assist with filing and maintaining the file room.
• Assist with Loans - File Imaging, and Loans - Retrieval email box.
• Log the intake of daily new loans received on imaging log.
• Perform other duties and work overtime as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• General knowledge of compliance and regulations procedures.
• Positive, professional, and courteous interaction with associates and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/duties with accuracy and minimal supervision.
• Display a positive team working attitude with associates in all departments.
• Complete duties by pre-established deadlines when necessary.
