Film & TV Post-Production Internships: LA - Spring 2025

About the position

The Film & TV Post-Production Internship at Warner Bros. Discovery offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the post-production workflow for HBO/MAX's original scripted programming. Interns will work closely with post-production teams, contributing to daily tasks and gaining insights into the industry while developing valuable skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Post-Production and Production Assistants with everyday tasks such as tracking, database management, and file creation.
• Work with Post-Production Coordinators and Managers on various assignments as needed.
• Maintain and create spreadsheets for the department regarding post-producers, editors, and other post-production roles.
• Perform research projects as required.
• Gain experience using industry-standard platforms such as Airtable, Scenechronize, and PIX.

Requirements

• Interest in a career in the post-production field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Previous post-production experience is a plus.
• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required).
• Must be a rising Junior or Senior (18 years or older).
• Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above cumulative GPA).
