About the position

The Fin Solutions Sr. Lead Analyst is a strategic professional responsible for supporting liquidity platform change management workstreams that enhance liquidity monitoring and reporting, particularly focusing on regulatory liquidity automated reporting solutions. This role necessitates a robust background in liquidity reporting and large-scale project management, combined with a disciplined, process-oriented approach to delivery. The candidate must be adept at functioning in a dynamic and fluid environment, demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective internal negotiation, often at a senior level, and the role is accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding business operations, necessitating a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. The responsibilities include the delivery and governance of the liquidity reporting infrastructure, which encompasses external FR 2052a reporting, LCR, NSFR, and internal stress metrics like RLAP, RLEN, and RCEN reporting. The analyst will participate in implementation management for strategic initiatives, manage technology portfolio budgets in coordination with Global Functions Technology Services (GFTS), and provide project support, communications, and policy management across Finance and Risk. The role also involves managing end-to-end program tracking, reporting, and implementation processes, ensuring that communications are clear and effective. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture. They should be capable of articulating the business benefits of change requests and have a structured approach to multitasking and prioritization. The role requires a willingness to ask questions and the ability to quickly grasp and master subject matter at a detailed business level, enhancing value during business requirements discussions. The candidate must demonstrate execution skills with a proven track record in transformation environments, including process and technology change management, and be able to drive multiple programs simultaneously while planning and prioritizing effectively. The analyst will work independently, take ownership of various project components, and ensure consistent and timely delivery by overseeing milestones and facilitating stakeholder meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery and governance of the Liquidity reporting infrastructure including external FR 2052a reporting/LCR/NSFR and internal stress metrics like RLAP, RLEN, RCEN reporting.
  • Participates in implementation management for strategic initiatives, technology portfolio budget management in coordination with Global Functions Technology Services (GFTS), project support, as well as communications and policy management across Finance and Risk.
  • Assists in managing the end-to-end program tracking, reporting and implementation processes, communications.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail but also the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Understand and clearly articulate the business benefits of the change requests.
  • Drive multiple programs simultaneously and plan / prioritize appropriately.
  • Work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative and follow through until resolution.
  • Oversight of milestones and input to ensure consistent and timely delivery.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, ensuring actions and issues are clearly understood and tracked to resolution.
  • Work together with the Finance, Technology, and business partners to implement liquidity enhancements and changes with a focus on reporting tools like Tableau and IFW.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of regulatory reporting or liquidity management leadership experience, preferably in Legal, Controllers, Treasury or a Business with understanding of liquidity-based metrics, regulatory reporting, analytics, and regulation (US LCR, US NSFR, FR 2052a reporting).
  • Demonstrated execution skills and successful track record of operating in a transformation environment including process and technology change management.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy environment leading teams with daily duties.
  • Ability to collaborate with various groups to reach resolutions.
  • Willingness to take ownership and execute on deliverables.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) including tact, diplomacy and ability to influence others.
  • Well-developed listening skills and ability to engage with senior leader at all levels.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree; MBA/advanced degree is a plus.
