About the position

The Final Expense Sales Agent at SelectQuote is responsible for providing insurance solutions to clients through a sales advisory role. This position focuses on selling final expense whole life insurance, utilizing a proprietary platform that delivers warm, pre-screened leads to agents. The role offers significant earning potential with uncapped commissions and opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver real-time, warm inbound pre-screened leads to clients.
  • Provide unbiased recommendations by comparison shopping among top A-rated carriers.
  • Engage in high-volume sales during peak seasons.
  • Participate in monthly sales contests and performance-based incentives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required; 1 year of telesales experience preferred.
  • Possess an active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Job stability and a track record of career progression are preferred.
  • Hardwired high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 20mbps and upload speed of 20mbps is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in financial planning, retention, debt collection, or business ownership.
  • Ability to work with multiple systems and maintain client conversations.
