The role emphasizes financial acumen, particularly in managing P&L for contractors and company hubs, while also leveraging technology to optimize delivery routes and improve operational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate seamless home deliveries from start to finish.
  • Revolutionize delivery routes for efficiency and cost savings.
  • Lead and inspire a team of eight Dispatchers and Administrative staff.
  • Craft training programs to enhance team efficiency and customer service.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure product delivery safety and security.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain high service standards.
  • Collaborate with tech-savvy staff to optimize routes and improve communication.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, independent contractors, and inventory.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in home delivery operations.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
  • Proficient in route optimization software and logistics management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with independent contractors.
